My practice as a well being & creativity coach emerged through my health journey of over a decade now. I have developed a well being toolbox that, alongside my certified angel guide and angel card mastery experience, includes knowledge of & practitioner certificates in holistic pain management, mindfulness and meditation, therapeutic art life coaching as well as crystal, colour and sound therapy.
Sessions with me can often involve a combination of these techniques depending on each clients individual needs.

Using my skills as a USA Triathlon Coach, certified personal fitness trainer, yoga instructor, sports nutritionist, spiritual intuitive, card reader, crystal energy and Reiki therapist and life coach – I can assist clients to find balance, strength and integration in body, mind, emotions and spirit. I received my graduation certificate in Life Coaching and I’m in the process of getting my master’s degree in Psychology. I’m combining all my knowledge, skills, and intuition to assist you to have strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, power and grace in mind, body, spirit and emotion.

Since I was a child, I have seen and heard the Angels. I love to work as a Soul coach because I continue to learn and strengthen my divine connection and it allows me to give light and love to help others align their life with their soul-desire.
Since I was a child, I have seen and heard the Angels. I work as a Soul Coach. I believe that gratitude, the company of angels, energy work, and raising our energy frequency help us change our life and that of others.
I have worked for about 23 years helping people to understand their life, their emotions, their energy and the messages of the light-beings to awaken their divine connection, heal, change their life, and flow in harmony and well-being.
I have studied different techniques of connection with the divine such as Angel Card Mastery and Crystal Energy Guide with Kyle Gray, Space-clearing, Bliss bowls, Feng-Shui, Akashi, Angel Guide. These have allowed me to better understand the interaction and flow of energy as well as our relation to it and the power of manifestation through intention.
