COMMUNITY COORDINATOR POSITION

Kyle Gray UK LTD has a new position available for a highly motivated individual to join our company to support our ever growing and inspiring community.

This position is perfect for someone who’s interested in spirituality and angels but who is not looking to pursue this space in their personal career. We are looking for someone who is confident working in social media, online and remotely from their own space.

Ideally, we would have someone join the company that has awareness on social justice and is in agreement with equal rights. Awareness of BLM, Diversity, Inclusion and LGBTQ+ rights would be helpful.

We believe in creating a sacred container that protects our very diverse audience in a way that supports their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual awareness.

It should also be acknowledged that you would be working for a Queer owned business.

Requirements:

• UK Based Position

• Good written and spoken English – you will be working for a bestselling author who expects attention to detail when communicating with customers.

• Interested in spirituality – experience in energy work would be a bonus.

• Happy to work in the background.

• Access to high-speed internet with your own laptop.

• Good experience with social media including operating Facebook business manager.

• Not easily triggered by emotional information – many of our community have been on radical journeys to healing and share in great detail about their experiences.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

Your role:

As our community coordinator, your role will include looking after our subscribers, followers and members across the board in our community. This includes multiple Facebook groups and those following our social media pages.

Your role mainly will be to curate the comments sections of social media posts and moderate our Facebook groups. Including:

• Accepting and declining invites

• Moderating posts and comments

• Adding announcements

• Supporting our mentor teachers during live session

• Scheduling social media posts

• Replying to emails from subscribers to our mailing list

• Covering customer service during launches
